• Delivery timelines vary between 3–8 business days depending on your location.
• TruGlimora is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
• Once shipped, tracking details will be provided on your registered email/phone.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Only damaged or defective products are eligible for replacement.
• Customer must provide unboxing video as proof.
• Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
